Chili-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. (8 oz.) Jack cheese, shredded
2 c. (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 (4 oz.) cans Old El Paso whole rinsed chilies
2 eggs
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (8 oz.) jar salsa
sour cream
Preparation

Mix cheeses together.
Spray a 10 x 6 x 2-inch pan with Pam. Layer cheese, then chilies, then cheese.
Mix eggs, flour and milk.
Pour over mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Top casserole with salsa; bake another 10 minutes.
Let set for 5 minutes.
Serve with sour cream.
