Mini Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1 egg
    2/3 c. grated carrots
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients; set aside.
    Beat egg, oil, sugar and vanilla.
    Stir in carrots and nuts.
    Pour into greased 1-quart Corning Ware dish or other dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
