Easy Caramel Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 oz. cream cheese, softened at room temperature
1 (16 oz.) box confectioners sugar
1/4 c. milk or cream
Preparation

Combine the margarine and brown sugar in a small saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves and the margarine is melted.
Pour into a large mixing bowl.
Add the cream cheese, confectioners sugar and milk.
Beat until smooth.
If icing is too thick, add a little more milk.
