Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium zucchini per 2 people
    1 small can corn per 1 zucchini
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 c. minced onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 tsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. sliced pimentos
Preparation
    Cut zucchini in half lengthwise and seed.
    Mix corn, bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper, and pimentos and stuff zucchini halves, dot with butter.
    Place in baking pan with 2 tablespoons water, tent, and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
