Rice Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 x 13-inch pie crust (uncooked)
1 c. rice, cooled
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. vanilla
3 c. milk
cinnamon and raisins (optional)
Preparation

Cook rice as directed.
In bowl, beat together butter, sugar and eggs.
Add salt, vanilla and milk.
Stir cooled rice into mixture.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Turn oven down to 350\u00b0.
Bake 1 hour longer.
