Tourtiere - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 small onions, diced
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix pork, ground beef, onions, cloves, celery salt, salt and pepper together.
    Cook for 1 1/2 hours over low heat.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell; top with crust.
    Cut steam vents with a knife. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
