Fettucini Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fettucini noodles
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained or 1 head fresh broccoli
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 c. cottage cheese
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cook and drain noodles.
    Meanwhile, in hot oil, saute garlic and broccoli for 5 minutes.
    Add broth, basil, parsley, Parmesan cheese, cottage cheese and pepper.
    Stir over low heat until blended (about 2 minutes).
    Toss broccoli mixture with noodles. Serves 6 to 8 people.
