Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. whole kernel corn
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/8 tsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. anise
    1 tsp. flour
    1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Combine eggs and corn.
    Heat butter. Add spices and flour and cook about 1 minute.
    Combine with corn mixture.
    Pour half the mixture into greased 1-quart casserole.
    Cover with the cheese and add rest of corn mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 4.
