Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground round steak
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1 1/2 to 2 c. tomato puree or soup
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix uncooked rice and meat with the seasonings.
    Shape into small balls.
    Place in deep baking dish and cover with the tomato puree.
    (A bay leaf, a small amount of onion, salt and pepper may be needed to season the tomato puree.) Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 80 minutes.
    Makes approximately 6 servings.
