Pan Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice (Minute)
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    2 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper
    garlic salt
    parsley
    Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs
    3 lb. cabbage
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cook rice and onion soup together. Set aside. Cool.
    Mix meat with spices and eggs. Add rice mixture.
    Chop or shred cabbage. Layer cabbage.
    Spread meat mixture.
    Pour some tomato soup and put cabbage on top.
    Put tomatoes and soup on top.
    You may use sauerkraut also. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
