Apple Cream Tart - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter or margarine
3 green apples, peeled, cored and sliced
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 egg yolks
1 c. heavy cream
Preparation

In a large bowl, stir together flour, 3 tablespoons sugar and salt.
Cut in butter or margarine until consistency of cornmeal.
Pack into bottom and 1-inch up the sides of a 9-inch spring-form pan or 9-inch square pan.
Press crumbs firmly.
