Green Beans With Fresh Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 large tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. fresh green beans
    1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Cook green peppers and onion in hot oil in skillet over medium heat until soft, 3 minutes.
    Add tomatoes, oregano and salt. Simmer 10 minutes.
    Trim beans. Cut into 1-inch lengths.
    Cook until tender, about 8 to 10 minutes; drain.
    Stir sauce into beans.
    Cook just to heat through.
    Serves 4.
