Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. egg white (12 to 14 whites)
    1 1/4 c. sifted cake flour
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Step 1:
    In a large bowl, let egg whites, warm to room temperature (about 1 hour).
    Sift flour with 3/4 cup sugar.
    Resift 2 more times.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
