Asparagus Wrapped In Prosciutto - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 large spears asparagus, cooked and patted dry
12 thin slices Prosciutto or smoked ham slices (paper thin)
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
2 Tbsp. finely chopped shallots
2 Tbsp. raspberry vinegar
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley leaves
6 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
-
Wrap each spear of asparagus with a slice of Prosciutto from stem to just below the tip.
Divide among four plates and set aside.
