Cinnamon Chunk Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    50 to 60 pickling cucumbers
    2 cups pickling salt
Preparation
    Wash and chop 50 to 60 pickling cucumbers into 1/4 to 3/4 in slices and put into a 5 gallon stone jar.
    Mix 2 cups pickling salt to 1 gallon boiling water and pour over cucumbers.
    Cucumbers must be submerged.
    Make more mixture until cucumbers are covered. An upside down plate helps to keep them covered.
    Let stand for 7 complete days.
