Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cottage cheese (16 oz. container)
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 large can sliced mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 to 4 dashes nutmeg
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese and eggs.
    Add spinach, Cheddar cheese, mushrooms, salt and nutmeg.
    Cover and chill overnight.
    (If you wish, you can bake and serve the same day.) Next day, spoon into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until set, about 45 minutes.
