Impossible Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix (may use Recip-Ease by Martha White)
    1/3 c. margarine or butter, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4-inches.
    Beat all ingredients until smooth, 30 seconds in blender on high or one minute with hand beater.
    Pour into pie plate.
    Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
    Cool 5 minutes.
    Serve with mixed fruit, if desired.
