Cheesy Pork Chops And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) jar pasteurized processed cheese spread
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    6 thin pork chops (1/4 to 1/2-inch thick)
    seasoned salt
    1/2 c. milk
    4 c. frozen cottage fries
    1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, thawed and drained
Preparation
    One small head fresh broccoli (about 1/2 pound) may be substituted for frozen spears.
    Divide into spears and cook 3 to 4 minutes before using.
