Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 large baking potatoes
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. soft butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Bake potatoes.
    Brown and drain seasoned ground beef.
    Cut baked potatoes in half, lengthwise.
    Remove the potato from the skin, leaving skin whole.
    Mix potato, butter, 3/4 cup of cheese, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Using a spoon, put potato mixture back in skin, leaving a hollow place in center.
    Fill with browned beef.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Heat in oven or microwave just long enough to melt cheese on top.
