Mushroom Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. finely minced onions
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. finely chopped, cooked shrimp
    4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
    3 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. sherry, divided
    3 tsp. parsley flakes
    dash of salt
    12 very large or 24 small mushrooms, remove stems
    small whole cooked shrimp
Preparation
    In a small skillet, saute onion in butter until tender. Remove from heat and stir in shrimp, 3 tablespoons each Parmesan and crumbs, 2 tablespoons sherry, the parsley and salt.
    Stuff mushroom caps with shrimp mixture.
