Kahlua - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. water
6 c. sugar
5 c. water
3/4 c. instant coffee
2 oz. vanilla
1 qt. or 1 fifth Everclear

Preparation

Bring to boil the 4 cups water.
Add sugar, then cool.
Bring to boil 5 cups water.
Add coffee.
Mix both together.
Add vanilla.
Add Everclear.
Bottle.
Makes about 1 gallon.
