Artichoke Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen artichoke hearts
    3 eggs
    7 oz. Prosciutto, chopped
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella
    2 tsp. grated cheese
    2 pie shells
Preparation
    In a frying pan, add oil and garlic and cook artichoke hearts until brown.
    Set aside.
    Beat eggs with Prosciutto, Mozzarella and grated cheese.
    Add artichokes and pour into pie shell.
    Cover top with the other pie shell and bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
