Aunt Rose'S Cookie Sheet Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. flour
    3 egg yolks (reserve whites to brush crust with)
    1/2 lb. butter (two sticks)
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 cans (any fruit) pie filling
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift dry ingredients (except sugar). Work butter into flour mixture.
    Add sugar, mix in.
    Put yolks into sour cream and beat well.
    Mix into flour mixture.
    Knead dough until smooth.
    Roll 2/3 dough on floured surface.
    Put into cookie sheet (one with 3/4 to 1 inch edge works best).
    Spread with pie filling.
    Roll rest for top crust.
    Cut for lattice top. Brush crust with egg whites. Bake in oven till golden.
