Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    3 T. butter
    1 T. flour
    1/2 t. salt
    1 tall can evaporated milk, undiluted
    1/4 t. paprika
    1/8 t. pepper
    1/4 t. celery salt
    1 c. cooked chicken, shredded
    1 c. cooked spaghetti, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in butter until tender. Add flour and stir until smooth. Add milk and seasonings. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Blend half of sauce with the chicken and the other half with the cooked spaghetti. Bank spaghetti on bottom and around edges of shallow greased baking dish. Pour chicken mixture into center. Sprinkle with cheese. Brown under broiler or in hot oven. Makes 4-6 servings.
