Fluffy White Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. white corn syrup
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Blend first 6 ingredients in top of double boiler.
    Cook over rapidly boiling water, beating until mixture stands in peaks. Remove from heat.
    Add vanilla and beat until thick enough to spread.
