Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. milk or 2 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Combine eggs, milk and oil.
    Mix dry ingredients together and blend with liquid mixture until smooth.
    If batter thickens while standing, add a little milk.
    Bake on lightly greased griddle. Bake until bubbles on top break and edges are cooked; turn and bake other side.
    May add fresh fruit or top with favorite topping.
