Poor Man'S Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stewing beef, cut bite sizes
    1 can peas or frozen carrots
    2 c. chopped onions
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 can water
    1 large potato or as many as you wish
Preparation
    Put in casserole.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 5 hours.
