Lamb Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. dried minced onion
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    2 c. sliced celery
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 c. cooked, diced lamb
    4 c. leftover gravy
    4 c. mashed potatoes
    paprika
Preparation
    Melt butter in 3-quart saucepan.
    Add herbs and celery. Season.
    Simmer gently for five minutes.
    Add meat; stir well. Add gravy and stir.
    Cook for five minutes.
