Baked Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    3 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
    1 onion, sliced into rings
    4 to 5 potatoes, quartered
    6 carrots, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 can chopped tomatoes
    1 c. water
    1 slice bread, crumbled
Preparation
    Brown stew meat in skillet.
    Combine meat and all other ingredients in a greased 3-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours, until vegetables are tender and meat is done.
