Macaroni, Ham And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. water
    2 c. macaroni
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. milk
    2 c. ham, diced
Preparation
    In saucepan bring water and salt to a boil, add macaroni and cook until tender.
    Drain and set aside.
    Melt butter over moderate heat in small saucepan.
    Add flour and cook, stirring until the mixture froths and foams.
    Add the milk all at once and stir until thickened.
    Pour sauce into a large mixing bowl and stir in macaroni, diced ham and 1 1/2 cups of the cheese.
    Pour into prepared casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs, remaining cheese and melted butter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
