Blended Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cup cubed raw potatoes
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup flour
    1 small onion, quartered
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Wash, peel and cut up potatoes.
    Pat dry with paper towel. Put all ingredients into blender container.
    Cover.
    Press \"chop\" button for 10 seconds.
    Use spatula to push potatoes down if necessary.
    Stop motor when using spatula.
    Spoon batter onto hot greased griddle, using about 1/4 cup for each pancake.
    Brown on one side, then turn once to brown other side.
    Yields 4 servings.
