Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 apples
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
Preparation
    Preheat oven 375\u00b0. Butter baking dish. Peel and thinly slice apples. Place apples in baking dish. Pour orange juice over apples. Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour mixture over apples. Cut butter into small pieces and scatter over top of apples. Bake for 35 - 45 minutes (uncovered), at 375\u00b0.
