Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken thighs and breasts, cut up
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Marinate chicken pieces in sugar and soy sauce.
    Beat eggs with a little milk, dip chicken in milk and roll in cornstarch. Fry in oil over low heat.
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Place a little water in a pan and place first batch of fried chicken in it. Sprinkle cashews and chopped green onions over chicken.
    Place in oven to keep warm as chicken fries.
    Continue layering in this manner.
