Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. broccoli
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 stick butter or margarine
    27 Ritz crackers, crushed and mixed with 1 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Cook broccoli as directed; drain and put in baking dish.
    Dot with 1/2 stick butter.
    Slice Velveeta over broccoli.
    Top with buttered cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
