Breaded Herbed Fish Fillets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. fine, dry breadcrumbs
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. chicken flavored bouillon granules
1 tsp. dried onion flakes
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. dried whole dill weed
1/2 tsp. dried whole thyme
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
4 (4 oz.) farm-raised catfish fillets
butter-flavored vegetable cooking spray
Preparation

Combine first 9 ingredients.
Coat fillets with cooking spray; dredge in breadcrumb mixture.
Place fillets on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Serve immediately.
Yields 4 servings.
