Crab Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. coarsely grated Swiss cheese
1 c. crab meat
1 (3 oz.) can French fried onion rings
1 (9-inch) baked pastry shell
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients.
Stir in remainder of ingredients. Pour in shell.
Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 55 to 60 minutes or until custard is set and knife inserted comes out clean.
Serve hot. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
