Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. 10x sugar
1/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation

Mash cranberry sauce and add lemon juice and blend.
Pour into a 1-quart refrigerator tray or 1 (9 1/2 x 5 x 3-inch) loaf pan. Soften cream cheese.
Add sugar and mayonnaise.
Mix well.
Add pecans and whipped cream.
Spoon cheese mixture over cranberries. Freeze until firm.
To serve, cut into slices and serve on lettuce.
Makes 8 servings.
