Fettucini Alfredo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. butter
1/2 pt. heavy cream
1/4 c. parsley
1/4 c. sherry cooking wine
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 egg yolks
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In saucepan on very low heat, mix butter, heavy cream, parsley, sherry and garlic powder until smooth.
Add egg yolks. Remove from heat and pour over fettucini.
Top with Parmesan.
