Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    8 oz. cottage cheese
    4 eggs
    1 medium onion
    10 oz. frozen, chopped broccoli
    2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
Preparation
    Melt the margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    In a bowl, mix well the cottage cheese, eggs, onion, broccoli and cornbread mix.
    Pour in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake in oven at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
