White Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter (2 sticks)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    5 large eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1 fresh coconut, grated
    1/2 lb. red and green cherries
    1 lb. white raisins
    3 c. nuts
    juice of fresh orange
    1/2 lb. red and green pineapple
Preparation
    Cream butter and flour.
    Mix egg yolks, sugar and baking powder.
    Beat egg whites stiff; save to last.
    Add to mixture fresh coconut (grated), red and green cherries, red and green pineapple, white raisins and nuts.
    Add juice of fresh orange; add egg whites.
    Bake in 275\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes per pound.
