Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. diced cooked potatoes
1 c. sliced cooked carrots
2/3 c. cooked peas
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. melted butter
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Combine chicken and vegetables in a greased shallow 2-quart baking dish.
Set aside.
Stir flour, salt and pepper into butter. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until bubbly.
Gradually add broth, stirring constantly until thickened.
Pour over chicken and vegetables.
Top with corn meal pastry or pie crust.
