Grilled Salmon Steaks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. lemon or lime juice
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp. thyme, crushed
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. chopped garlic (jar)
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. salmon steaks
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients.
Pour into glass pan.
Add 1 tablespoon of water.
Add fish.
Turn to coat with marinade. Cover and marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes or in refrigerator for 2 hours, turning steaks occasionally.
