Spinach Squish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen spinach
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    15 oz. Ricotta cheese
    16 oz. cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1 1/2 Tbsp. dried basil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Allow frozen spinach to thaw. In a colander, squish out as much water from the spinach as possible. Set aside.
