Broccoli With Linguine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fresh broccoli
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. linguine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced mushrooms
    2 c. half and half
    1/4 c. butter/margarine
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in a small amount of boiling salted water for 10 minutes.
    Drain and chop.
    Cook linguine according to package directions; drain.
    Combine linguine, broccoli, mushrooms, half and half and butter. Simmer 5 minutes.
    Add cheese.
    Yield: 6 servings.
