Hash Brown Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 oz. frozen hash browns, thawed and drained
2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. minced onion
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed cornflakes, mixed with 1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Mix sour cream, soup, butter, salt, onion and cheese.
Spread on top of potatoes.
Place cornflakes and butter on top.
