No Peel Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) pkg. folded refrigerated unbaked pie crust (2 crusts)
    6 large apples (such as Golden Delicious, Jonagold or Jonathan)
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Let
    pie
    crust
    stand at room temperature according to package directions.
    Meanwhile, core and slice unpeeled apples (you should
    have
    8
    cups).
    In
    a large mixing bowl, combine apples with water and lemon juice; toss to coat.
