Crispy Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. crushed onion flavored crackers
    2 lb. fresh fish fillets
Preparation
    Combine first four ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Add 1/4 cup of this mixture to crushed crackers.
    Mix well.
    Place fish in square baking pan.
    Pour lemonade mixture over fish.
    Sprinkle with cracker mixture.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, until fish flakes.
