Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 c. shortening
1 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/3 c. milk
Preparation

Sprinkle salt on potatoes.
Sift flour.
Cut shortening and potatoes into flour.
Add milk, mix and roll out.
Cut out biscuits.
Place on greased pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
