Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 medium zucchini, washed and sliced
1 medium onion, chopped or sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c.. shredded raw carrots
1 stick margarine
1 pkg. chicken stuffing mix (like Stove Top)

Preparation

Cook zucchini and onion together in water for about 5 minutes. Drain!
Mix soup and sour cream; fold in carrots, zucchini and onion.
