Crab Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
1 tall can Pet milk
2 cans cream of mushroom soup or chicken
1 large onion (can use purple for color)
1 can green chilies, chopped
1 stick oleo
1 pkg. meal tortillas, pieces or whole
1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
Preparation

Saute onions in butter.
Add milk, soup and chilies.
Butter casserole and layer sauce with crab and tortillas.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Remove and top with Swiss cheese, return to oven and melt cheese.
